Eddie Van Halen

Eddie Van Halen is the most influential and innovative rock guitarist to emerge since Jimi hendrix. Van Halen not only changed the way the electric guitar is played, he also affected the way it is made. Several guitar product innovations, most notably the floyd Rose tremolo system, were directly influenced by Van Halen's playing style. His two handedd tapping technique is now an accepted part of most rock guitarists' repertoirs. Van Halen remains one of rock music's most popular guitarists.
Edddie Van Halen uses an Ernie Ball music man and at the moment a Peavey EVH he is also the co inventor of the Peavey 5150 amplifier.
